Shipping

We offer $5 flat rate shipping within Australia and complimentary shipping on orders over $200. We use a courier for Australian deliveries via Sendle, a carbon neutral delivery service. We will process your order within 24 hours, except for when your order is received on a public holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the following business day. Once we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Deliveries cannot be made to Post Office Boxes.

Domestic deliveries have an approximate delivery time of 1-10 days depending on your location. East Coast metro areas are usually delivered between 1-5 days, all other areas will be delivered up to 10 days after processing. 

International
Shipping

All orders are displayed and processed in AUD. Shipping costs to international destinations vary by parcel size and weight, and will be calculated at checkout.

We pack and ship your order within 24 hours, except for when your order is received on a public holiday or weekend, where it will be processed the following day and the 24 hour period will apply from that business day. Once we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

International deliveries have an approximate delivery time of 3-10 business days, depending on your location. We use Australia International Post for international orders and at checkout you may specify the approximate speed for your parcel delivery. International deliveries cannot be delivered to Post Office Boxes.

Once orders arrive to the country of delivery, they may be subject to custom clearance procedures, which may cause additional delays. A.BCH will not be held responsible for these potential delays.

A.BCH cannot be held responsible for potential additional duties and taxes that are applied in the country of delivery. Any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees imposed by the country of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Further enquiries can be made to your local customs office. 

A.BCH is required to declare the actual value of internationally shipped goods and will label them as merchandise.
